Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-order items require 4–6 weeks production time after the order is placed. 
The shipping times mentioned above will apply after the production period is completed.

As all pre-order products are individually and custom-made for each customer, refunds or cancellations are not allowed during the production phase.

Please use only reliable shipping provider like DHL with tracking information.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after receiving the product.

Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging
